Typical issue with regional settings for a multinational company in Office 365

In this article, I'd like to talk about a typical problem facing multinational companies by releasing a new SharePoint site or Microsoft Teams in several countries.
To be more precise, the problem in this scenario is the time zone.
When a new SharePoint site (Team or Communication) or MS Teams are created (Team site created with Ms Teams), is used the default time zone.
I'd like to remember that, the SharePoint admin can set the default time zone in the new SharePoint admin center portal:

office 365 Azure Conference Geneva 2018

Sanitizing with Microsoft Flow

Probably this is the first article where I decided to focus my attention on Microsoft Flow. I see this powerful service like your personal developer because you can achieve an amazing result without any line of code. Naturally, it doesn’t cover all business scenarios, but I love to use it when is possible. I love especially how can simplify things from a developer perspective. Lately, I’ve been working on a project where one requirement, was to clean a parameter defined by the user as input from some special characters.
